First of all we have to know about the on-page SEO. On page SEO is that practice of optimizing individual web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines.
RULE NO 1 TITLE:

KEYWORD PROMINECE: Keyword prominence is how close your keyword is to the beginning of a section, or element of your page.
KEYWORD PROXIMITY: The keyword proximity refers to the distance between the search term’s individual keywords.
RULE NO 3 META DISCRIPTION:
Meta descriptions, meta tags that provide a description of what the page is about, are often displayed in the SERPs underneath the title of the page. It should maximum 170 character and minimum 100 character.
RULE NO 4 HEADING:
Headings are HTML elements (H1-H6) used to identify headings and subheadings within your content from other types of text.

The <font> tag plays an important role in the web page to create an attractive and readable web page. The font tag is used to change the color, size, and style of a text.
RULE NO 6 BOUNCE RATE:
the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page. Good Bounce rate should be up to 40 to 60%. Bounce rate should not be zero.
How to calculate bounce rate?
is calculated by the total number of one-page visits divided by the total number of entries to a website.
RULE NO 7 LOAD TIME:
It indicates how long it takes for a page to fully load in the browser after a user clicks a link or makes a request. 7 TO 8 second is good for page load time
